Jacinto, a deer hunter, and farmer, feels terrible pain for the loss of a sick son, as a result of broken political promises that are reflected in the lack of a health post in his region. On any given hunting day, in the middle of a new election season, Jacinto comes face to face with the person responsible for his suffering.
